Daisy has a favorite chair. As the midsize golden retriever she is, we do let her on the home furniture since she doesn't take up a whole lot of space. However, she doesn't go on the furniture much. She prefers the cold foyer, bathroom or kitchen floor. Also, she enjoys her favorite chair in my office.The chair has two purposes. One purpose is the obvious. She likes to sit and lay in it. It's quite the comfortable chair. It's fairly low to the ground and very relaxing (naturally, it came from IKEA). The second purpose is she stores all her toys underneath behind the chair. When its time for her to play with her toys, she'll go down in from the side and start chewing on her toys!
